The residential demolition process invariably commences when you decide to replace an existing building. The start of the Initial design and planning process is deciding if all or part of an existing building will be removed. 

Once this is decided the next question is are there any dangerous materials or structural issues that need to be addressed. We will survey the property and determine if asbestos or any other dangerous material is present and if needed, we will meet with your consultants and after discussion prepare a safe method work statement (SWMS). All the necessary information will be complied and all compulsory notifications issued. As licensed demolition contractors we will carry out the works.
